         Send A Seed Agency Ltd (SASA) is a Consultancy Firm based in Kampala, Uganda. Our Vision Statement is to become “The Leading Construction Investment Consultancy Firm in Africa, a Gateway through which Africans living and working in the Diaspora carry out investments Back Home”. It is widely known that Africa supplies a big percentage of the work force in most of the Developed Countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia. It can then be said that our brothers and sisters work tirelessly throughout the years to sustain those flourishing economies. A question then arises what should be done so that such development can also be channeled to the African Continent?


Seminars and conferences such as TED have been held with great Speakers discussing very pertinent issues concerning Africa. It is time to put some of those great ideas into action. One of the challenges to getting Africa develop is the lack of faithful implementers at all levels back Home. This explains why some of the Africans living in Diaspora have given up on sending any of their hard earned savings back home due to lack of persons who can faithfully execute their dreams even in their absence.
SASA comes to answer this call. To become a Trusted Gateway through which one can carry out an Investment back home. It should be noted that the Agency specializes in Construction Investments. This is basically because without well developed infrastructure, it is impossible to attain the required growth of an Economy.


The Founder of the Agency is a Ugandan-trained Architect who attained a Masters of Science in Engineering & Technology from the Russian Federation with a PhD in Construction Management. During His time in Russia, he was able to fully understand what it actually takes to live, late alone work in a foreign country – the cold winters, strict shifts and long work hours, racial discrimination, stresses of missing the train etc.

It is against this background that he developed the Passion to ensure that those hard-earned monies are carefully and diligently planned for so that on retirement one can enjoy the fruits of His/Her Labor. It is unfortunate that people back home believe that when abroad all is but a bed of roses, that money is earned the easy way which is out rightly very far from the truth. The Agency also fully understands that many have been ripped of their savings and so find it hard to trust anyone back home, but we are more than ready to prove a point that there is still a not only a faithful but professional remnant back Home.
